New Year, New Insurance?
Many insurance plans reset on January 1. Did yours? If you have a new insurance plan or new benefits, please contact the office as soon as possible with the updates. We will need a copy of your new insurance card. It takes time to confirm benefits, especially during the first couple weeks of January. Please contact the office before your appointment so we have everything ready for you. This will help reduce problems when we file your insurance claims.
This is also a good time of year to think about the rest of your contact information on file in our office. Do we have your preferred phone number and email address? Has your address changed? Do we have your preferred credit card on file? If you are unsure what information we have for you, please call the receptionist or ask when you check into your next appointment.
Are you receiving text reminders for your appointments? These reminders usually come out two business days before your appointment. If you are not receiving this reminder, ask the receptionist to help you set up this feature.
