Insurance

Lamb Behavioral Health Center accepts payment from several insurance companies.

Each company has many plans and benefits offered, and some contract with a third party for mental health services. Before a patient is seen, the office will confirm eligibility and benefits with the insurance company and provide a cost estimate to the patient. Keep in mind insurance plans are constantly changing; therefore, the office encourages patients to stay up to date about their plan and share this information with the office. Ultimately, payment for the account is the patient’s responsibility.

Lamb Behavioral Health Center also accepts private payments from patients who do not desire to file through an insurance company.

Due to the No Surprises Act, we can provide you with a Good Faith Estimate. Please see details here. Contact the office for more information.

Out of Network Benefits

Lamb Behavioral Health Center can provide you with a receipt that you can submit to your insurance company but cannot guarantee that you will be reimbursed. Contact your insurance provider for details about benefits using an out-of-network provider.

Please note that insurance is a complicated process. Some payers may not require network participation, but the office may not be set up to bill that payer. If you have any questions, please contact the office.
